Spinal Adjustments

The spinal adjustment technique I offer is derived from a specific branch of chiropractic movement. Due to a previous wrist injury, I have had to modify this approach. It's a highly efficient tool in healing biomechanical pathologies, gait issues, and posture problems. As we age, various systems in our body naturally degrade, with posture being one aspect that's often overlooked. This degradation can impact the functioning potential of organs and nerves through compression and torsion, leading to lung, heart, or liver related issues.

Through my approach, I consistently see improvements in conditions such as

  • joint pain

  • arthritis

  • trapped nerves

  • hunched back

  • disc injuries.

It can also serve as a complementary treatment for ailments like :

  • headaches,

  • ongoing fatigue

  • autoimmune diseases affecting the nervous system.

  • fibromyalgia

Each of them can be very complicated conditiotion and rarely solveable with one type treatment.

I encourage you to commit to at least 2 visits to assess and evaluate your progress. Typically, on the second visit, I will provide a lecture that explains the paradigm behind the work I do. This is a crucial moment that will guide you to understand in more detail how aging affects our bodies and why the various treatments available such as massage, fascia release, regular chiropractic or osteopathy bring only partial and temporaty relief.

Important Note: Due to a previous wrist injury, I am currently providing care for patients weighing up to 90kg (around 14 stones). If you require assistance and exceed this weight limit, please contact me, and I can refer you to a colleague who specializes in similar treatments.

Regardless of the area of your pain a full body spinal adjustment is requried to achieve the best results. Tha due to the fact the works as one biochemical enitity and use every muscle and bones to compensate for a proplem/misalgnment which can't sort by it's own
